Le présent contrat cadre concerne les dragages d'entretien de la passe d'entrée de Port Grimaud pour garantir de bonnes conditions de navigabilité et comprend les ^restations suivantes: - L'établissement des études et documents préparatoires au chantier ; - L'aménagement et l'entretien d'un dispositif de déshydratation des sédiments ; - Le dragage mécanique et la déshydratation des sédiments ; - Le chargement des sédiments en camion benne étanche ; - Le transport et le déchargement des sédiments ; - La prise en charge des sédiments dans une filière de gestion adaptée ; - La gestion des déchets retrouvés dans les sédiments ou générés par le chantier ; - La mise en place des mesures de protection et du suivi environnemental. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
