Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la préparation et la fourniture de repas pour l'école des Grès à Bazainville (16, avenue des Tilleuls) durant les périodes scolaires soit 36 semaines par an. La présente consultation donnera lieu à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre de services à bons de commande mono-attributaire, passé selon une procédure adaptée en application des articles L2123-1, R2123-1, R2123-4 et R2123-5 du code de la commande publique Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée d'un (1) an à compter du 1er septembre 2026 (ou de sa date de notification au titulaire si celle-ci est postérieure). Il pourra être reconduit deux fois par décision tacite dans la limite de 3 ans. Le titulaire ne peut renoncer à la reconduction. La date de démarrage prévisionnelle de la prestation est fixée au 1er Septembre 2026. Ses montants annuels de commandes sont les suivants : Maximum : 70 000,00 euro(s) HT
