Procédure adaptée ouverte soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1°et L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le pouvoir adjudicateur a décidé de ne pas lancer la consultation en lots séparés pour les motifs suivants : Accord-cadre unique pour un même type de fournitures. Montant maximum annuel : 55 000 euro(s) HT L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat et reconductible tacitement 3 fois par période d'un an
