Framework agreement for the supply and transmission of electricity and associated services

This framework agreement covers the supply of electricity to the delivery points listed in Appendix 1 of the special technical and general conditions, together with access to and use of the public distribution network for those delivery points under a single contract. The supplier also acts as balancing responsible party in accordance with Article L. 321-15 of the French energy code. Associated services include a web platform, billing data flows, and handling of requests submitted to the distribution network operator. The framework agreement runs until the end of the execution of the subsequent contracts concluded under it.
