Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de réparation, la maintenance et l'entretien d'étanchéité et protection des surfaces, sur des bâtiments communaux de la ville d'Albertville. La présente consultation a pour objet d'établir un accord cadre (un contrat) entre la Ville d'Albertville et plusieurs opérateurs économiques. Cet accord sera la base de remise en concurrence, uniquement entre ses titulaires, en ce qui concerne l'ensemble prestations relatives à l'objet du présent accord cadre. Cette remise en concurrence aura lieu pour toute la période de validité de l'accord cadre. Le montant maximum par opération est 40 000 euro(s) HT. Les opérations supérieures à 40 000 euro(s) HT feront l'objet d'une consultation spécifique en dehors de cet accord cadre
