Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. La présente consultation vise à confier la réalisation des prestations de sécurité pyrotechnique sur les espaces publics des quartiers Sanitas et Maryse Bastié, dans le cadre du NPNRU. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique, il sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. il est conclu pour une période initiale de 2 ans renouvelable 1 fois. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant des prestations pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre est défin comme suit : TMVL 52.000 euro(s) HT, Commune de Tours 48.000 euro(s) HT. Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. Le montant maximum Hors taxe pour la durée totale de l'accord-cadre ( 4 ans) s'élève à 200.000 euro(s) HT. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter de la date de notification du contrat
