Description

La présente consultation concerne l'attribution d'un accord cadre à marchés subséquents et à bons de commande portant sur la création et la rénovation de sous-stations de chauffage portant sur deux lots : Travaux hydrauliques et électriques (Lot n°1) et Régulation et supervision (Lot n°2). La consultation porte sur l’attribution d’un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents et à bons de commande régi par les dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-12 du code de la commande publique. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre multi-attributaires avec un maximum de 3 attributaires pour chaque lot. Les caractéristiques générales des prestations sont décrites dans le CCTP de l’accord-cadre, et feront l’objet d’une description précise à l’occasion de la passation de chacun des marchés subséquents ou émission des bons de commande. Les modalités de mise en concurrence des marchés subséquents et des bons de commande sont décrites au CCAP de l’accord-cadre.
