La présente consultation porte sur un accord cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande de travaux destinés aux opérations de travaux neufs et en réhabilitation sur des bâtiments, infrastructures et ouvrages de génie civil communautaires Sont exclus de l'objet du présent accord-cadre : - Les travaux neufs dès lors que le montant global estimé tout corps d'état est supérieur à 300 000 euros HT (étant précisé qu'en cas d'urgence, la collectivité se réserve le droit de faire appel aux titulaires de l'accord-cadre quel que soit les montants engagés). - Les travaux programmés de réhabilitation totale ou partielle d'un ou plusieurs bâtiments, infrastructures ou de génie civil communautaires que le maitre d'ouvrage définie en unité fonctionnelle. Dans ces cas, l'acheteur passera une procédure séparée dans le respect des dispositions du code de la commande publique sans que les titulaires des présents marchés ne puissent se prévaloir d'un quelconque préjudice
