Framework agreement with purchase orders for maintenance, supervision and development of UHF RFID equipment (Radio Frequency Identification Ultra High Frequency (860 ~ 960 MHz))

The City of Toulon has awarded a framework agreement with purchase orders covering the maintenance, supervision and development of UHF RFID equipment (Radio Frequency Identification Ultra High Frequency, 860 ~ 960 MHz), the counting system, and related software used to manage the city's network of media libraries. The contract was awarded without prior advertising or competitive tendering, in accordance with articles L.2122-1 and R.2122-3 of the CCP, because of the holder's exclusive and intellectual property rights over the solutions and products. The contract runs for 26 months, with an annual minimum of 58,000 euros excluding tax (69,600 including tax) and an annual maximum of 162,500 euros excluding tax (195,000 including tax).
