Description

La présente consultation a pour objet un accord-cadre à bons de commande dans le domaine de la réalisation de travaux d'alimentation en eau potable, l'entretien et la réparation du réseau du Syndicat des Eaux de Perdreauville et Environs (SEPE) (78). Le présent marché est passé selon la procédure adaptée en application des articles L2123-1 et R2123-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations objet de ce marché seront traitées par bon de commande successifs. Le montant minimum du marché est de 80 000 euros hors taxes par an et le montant maximum de 500 000 euros hors taxes par an. Les bons de commande seront notifiés par le SEPE au fur et à mesure des besoins. La durée du marché est de 6 ans à compter de la date de notification à l'entreprise
