Secteur Vitry sur Seine Le lot 1 est un accord-cadre à bons de commande passé avec un montant minimum annuel de 15 000 EurosHT et un montant maximum annuel de 45 000EurosHT, en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Les montants sont identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. Il est conclu pour une durée initiale de douze (12) mois à compter de sa notification et sera ensuite reconductible tacitement une fois pour une période de douze (12) mois. La valeur estimée est de 60 000 Euros HT, elle est non contractuelle et s'entend sur la durée totale du lot 1, soit 2 ans.
