L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Le présent marché a pour objet d'accompagner la Ville de Cannes dans la poursuite de la démarche de déploiement des cercles de qualité à l'échelle de la collectivité. Cet accompagnement prévoit l'organisation et l'animation de cercles pour chaque direction ou service puisse disposer d'un plan d'actions opérationnel issu d'une démarche participative associant les agents. Les cercles de qualité ont pour finalité de produire des propositions concrètes, réalistes et directement mobilisables, conciliant de manière équilibrée : - L'amélioration du service rendu aux usagers, - La maîtrise et l'optimisation de la dépense publique, - L'amélioration des conditions de travail des agents
