Les travaux faisant l’objet du présent appel d’offres, porte sur le réaménagement du parking existant, la construction d’un couvert à motos et de trois couverts à vélos, ainsi que sur l’ouverture en façade Sud du CEPM. Le projet repose sur les dynamiques de réemploi des matériaux issus du parking existant et de la déconstruction de l’internat, afin de s’inscrire dans les enjeux de durabilité. De plus, ce projet répond aux exigences décrites dans le PAC de Marcelin en mettant l’accent sur le traitement de l’îlot de chaleur du parking, en assurant des continuités vertes favorable à la petite faune et en perméabilisant les sols grâce à l’augmentation des surfaces vertes et du nombre d’arbres.
