Description
Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad reikalingi pirkimo sąlygų pakeitimai yra esminiai, praplečiantys galimų pirkimo dalyvių ratą ir laikantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatyme įtvirtintų principų negali būti ištaisomi koreguojant / tikslinant pirkimo sąlygas, vadovaujantis pirkimo sąlygų bendrosios dalies 14.2. punkto nuostata „Tuo atveju, kai atsiradus būtinumui tikslinti Pirkimo dokumentus po patikslinimo būtų pakeičiamos esminės Pirkimo sąlygos, Pirkimas bus nutraukiamas”, pirkimo procedūros nutraukiamos.
