L'opération consiste à réhabiliter le Stade AYBRAM. Ce stade doit être mis en conformité pour permettre au club d'évoluer en catégorie B dans le championnat de France de Rugby pour la saison 2027-2028. En effet, le club (450 licenciés) manque d'espaces et de moyens techniques pour évoluer correctement dans le niveau de compétition dans lequel il est engagé. Le projet porte ainsi sur une réhabilitation et un réaménagement des locaux existants. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires
