Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la mise à disposition et maintenance de liaisons fibres optiques noire pour l’interconnexion de sites. Cet accord-cadre est passé par un groupement de commandes, en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le groupement de commandes est constitué de la Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand Dax, de la Ville de Dax, du Centre Communal d’Action Sociale de Dax et du Centre Intercommunal d’Action Sociale du Grand Dax. La Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand Dax, représentée par son Président, assure le rôle de coordonnateur du groupement et est chargé de la procédure de passation de la consultation jusqu’à la notification des accords-cadres aux titulaires. Chaque membre du groupement, pour ce qui le concerne, s’assure de la bonne exécution de l’accord-cadre à intervenir.
