Description

Das Bundesamt für Justiz BJ bereitet eine nationale Bevölkerungskampagne zur Einführung der elektronischen Identität und des swiyu Ökosystems vor. Für den Zeitraum vom 1. Juni 2027 bis zum 31. Dezember 2032, strebt das BJ eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit mit einer Full-Service-Kreativ- und Kommunikationsagentur an. Ab Vertragsbeginn, voraussichtlich am 1. Juni 2027, übernimmt der Auftragnehmer die Weiterführung, operative Umsetzung sowie die schrittweise Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden nationalen Kommunikationskampagne zur Einführung der e-ID und des swiyu Ökosystems. Die grundlegende Kampagnenkreation sowie die technische Grundlage der Kampagnenplattform swiyu.admin.ch wurden in den Jahren 2025-2026 durch eine Kommunikationsagentur im Rahmen eines Abrufs aus dem WTO-Agenturpool des BBL entwickelt und bilden die Basis für die weitere Umsetzung der Kampagne. Die Abgrenzung der in der Vorphase erbrachten Leistungen gegenüber dem Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist in Ziffer 3.1.1 des Pflichtenhefts dargelegt.
