Le présent contrat a pour objet : Dans le cadre de la conservation des documents du service des Archives NCA, il est nécessaire d'acquérir des boites en polypropylène pour assurer la continuité du service public et une transition contractuelle En effet, le marché actuel s'est terminé en janvier 2026 et le nouveau marché à lancer en groupement de commande ne sera pas notifié avant la fin de l'année. Lot unique Marché à procédure adaptée - article R.2123-1. du Code de la commande publique Forme du prix du présent lot : à prix global et forfaitaire. Durée du marché 12 mois Les critères de ce marché sont mentionnés à l'article 5.3 du Cahier des charges valant acte d'engagement.
