Description

Dans le cadre de son plan de formation, la Métropole T.P.M définit les grandes orientations en matière de compétences pour la période de 2024-2027 et entend répondre aux obligations employeur et aux orientations du comité social et économique (CSE) concernant la prévention des risques professionnels par la mise en oeuvre de formations à destination des 2500 agents métropolitains qu'elle emploie, dont 1 100 agents sont concernés par ces obligations. Les formations relatives à la sécurité au travail ont pour objet de contribuer à la prévention des risques professionnels en donnant aux agents désignés par la collectivité les formations obligatoires liées à la réglementation dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions, dans le cadre des préconisations du Document Unique, mais également d'informer les agents des précautions à prendre pour assurer leur propre sécurité, celle des autres agents ainsi que celle des usagers du service.
