Description

La présente consultation a pour objet les travaux d’agrandissement du Conservatoire Jacques Higelin, tel que décrit notamment dans le CCTC et les CCTP du marché. Les travaux comprendront la création d’une extension où se trouveront entre autres des salles de cours et une salle des grands ensembles. Ces travaux auront également pour objet : - Les équipements scéniques de la salle des grands ensembles ; - Des interventions sur la partie existante avec la création de liaisons avec l’extension et son alimentation en réseaux (électricité, chauffage…) ; - La transformation de la salle des grands ensembles actuelle en salle des orchestres ; - Des interventions sur l’ascenseur existant.
