L'objecte del contracte és la redacció d'un estudi tècnic per a la millora hídrica de l'entorn del Castell de Can Feu dins de l'àmbit del Projecte de millora de l'Espai urbà a Can Feu Gràcia de Sabadell, d'acord amb el plànol adjunt, a fi i efecte de realitzar una primera ordenació del parc de l'entorn de Can Feu que sigui capaç de fer compatible l'ús ciutadà, amb espais d'estada, camins per l'interior del parc i la recuperació del bosc de Can Feu, amb les necessitats d'embassament d'aigua que han de permetre que, en episodis de pluges intenses, s'acumuli l'aigua de manera eficient i amb un volum adequat als estudis realitzats, sense que quedi afectat el servei ferroviari.
