(2024-ESO-124) Feasibility study for AB ESO on the transition from GOST standards to IEC standards

AB ESO is procuring a feasibility study examining the transition from GOST standards to IEC standards. The service consists of preparing an expert analysis covering the technical, organisational and practical aspects of moving the company's standardisation framework from the GOST system to the international IEC system. The contract covers one study to be delivered to AB ESO, the Lithuanian electricity distribution and transmission system operator. The scope includes assessing the implications of the transition and providing conclusions and recommendations to support the company's decision-making on adopting IEC standards in place of GOST standards.
