Description

Постачальник своїми силами та засобами здійснює доставку і розвантаження Товару. Поставка Товару проводитьcя на протязі 7 робочих днів після узгодження заявки Покупця. Заявка рахується узгодженою, якщо вона подана Покупцем Постачальнику в письмовому вигляді та/або в усній формі та/або в телефонному режимі або (на електрону адресу Постачальника). Здавання-приймання Товару за кількістю та якістю проводиться у присутності уповноважених представників Сторін . Обов’язок перевірки кількості, асортименту та якості Товару, покладається на представника Покупця в момент передачі Товару . Право власності на Товар, а також усі пов’язані з ним ризики переходять від Постачальника до Покупця з моменту передачі Товару Покупцю. Якість Товару, що поставляється, повинна відповідати державним стандартам, технічним умовам, іншій технічній документації, яка встановлює вимоги до їх якості. Разом з Товаром Постачальник передає документи, які підтверджують якість товару та його відповідність вимогам стандартів або технічним умовам, які визначені діючим в Україні законодавством. Постачальник гарантує, що країною походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Покупцю, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладання цього Договору не є Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
