BKP 170-01 Spezialtiefbauarbeiten Ausgangslage Der Kanton Zürich führt am Standort Oberrieden die Gesamtinstandsetzung und Erweiterung des bestehenden Betriebsgebäudes der Seepolizei und Schifffahrtskontrolle durch. Der laufende Polizeibetrieb ist während der Bauzeit in die bereits erstellten Provisorien ausgelagert. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung betrifft die Spezialtiefbauarbeiten am Bestandsgebäude, nicht die Provisorien. Die Spezialtiefbauarbeiten werden als eigenständiges Paket (BKP 170-01) vergeben und sind mit den Baumeisterarbeiten (BKP 211-01) sowie den übrigen Arbeitsgattungen zu koordinieren. Projektübersicht Das Projekt umfasst die Instandsetzung des bestehenden Stützpunkts sowie dessen Erweiterung. Die Spezialtiefbauleistungen umfassen im Wesentlichen: • Bohr- und Trennarbeiten in Beton und Mauerwerk • Tiefenfundation mit Mikropfählen • Sichern und Unterfangen bestehender Bauteile • Wasserhaltung während der Bauzeit Der Baugrubenaushub und der Erdbau sind nicht Bestandteil dieses Pakets. Der Standort befindet sich an der Seestrasse in Oberrieden (ZH), unmittelbar am Ufer des Zürichsees. Der Baugrund besteht aus künstlichen Auffüllungen über weichen Seeablagerungen; tragfähig ist erst der darunter liegende Molassefels. Der Grundwasserspiegel entspricht dem Seespiegel und liegt über der Baugrubensohle. Die Parzelle liegt im Kataster der belasteten Standorte (KbS); der Umgang mit belastetem Material erfolgt gemäss den Vorgaben der Altlastenfachperson.
