Das von der Weltbank finanzierte Projekt Health Enhancement And Lifesaving (HEAL) Ukraine hat einen Vertrag über die Lieferung und Installation von Photovoltaik-(PV-)Kraftwerken für Gesundheitseinrichtungen in ukrainischen Oblasten vergeben. Der Vertrag mit der Referenz HEAL-RFB-2.3.4 ging an CHERNOMORENERGOSPETSMONTAZH zu einem unterzeichneten Vertragspreis von EUR 2.499.065,29. Bewertete Angebote umfassten UAH 51.513.023,54 und UAH 52.427.600,19 des Gewinners für die beiden Lose sowie UAH 53.468.754,41 und UAH 55.380.313,54 von HOROS. Ein Bieter, UKRAINIAN CONSTRUCTION ALLIANCE, wurde als nicht zusagend abgelehnt. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 360 Tage; die Zuschlagsmitteilung wurde am 2024/06/18 versendet.
