Am 2024-06-18 wurde ein Vertrag fuer die Lieferung und Installation von Photovoltaik-(PV-)Kraftwerken in den Oblasten Kirovograd, Poltava, Charkiw, Dnipropetrowsk, Saporischschja, Mykolajiw und Odessa vergeben. Das Projekt gehoert zum Health Enhancement And Lifesaving (HEAL) Ukraine Project und wird von der Weltbank finanziert. Den Zuschlag erhielt CHERNOMORENERGOSPETSMONTAZH (842625) aus der Ukraine zu einem Vertragsspreis von EUR 1.238.537,97 und einem bewerteten Angebotspreis von UAH 51.513.023,54. HOROS (842635) wurde mit UAH 53.468.754,41 bewertet. Sieben Bieter wurden als nicht responsive abgelehnt. Die Vertragslaufzeit betraegt 6 Monate.
