Beschreibung
Fusion for Energy’s Project Control, Supply Chain and Finance (PCSCF) Department provides support to the operational Project Teams on Project Management (PM) topics such as Schedule, Cost Risk Management or Project Control, among others. The services provided by this Framework Contract are to administrate, develop and configure the systems managed by the Project Management Systems area. This procedure is divided into two lots: Lot 1 - Support for Oracle Primavera; Lot 2 - Support for EcoSys EPC. Tenderers may submit tenders for one lot or both lots.
Oracle Primavera is F4E’s primary schedule system. The services are requested in the following areas: - Creation of new business processes, coding, layouts and configurations. - Testing and documenting coding, layouts and configurations created. - Schedule control procedures. - Schedule month-end close out process. - Schedule baseline control procedures. - Development and implementation of schedule quality processes and reporting. - Global changes and other administrative tasks in Primavera schedules. - Optimisation of Primavera system performance and database volume monitoring. - Automation of specific processes. - Primavera technical issue resolution. - Development of processes and technical interfaces between Primavera and F4E’s wider PM Systems environment. - Migration to Oracle Primavera Cloud. - Support for the installation and test of software updates and upgrades. The Specific Contracts for provision of these services have a minimum duration of one month. Tasks may be carried out by junior or senior analysts as required.; EcoSys EPC is F4E’s Project Cost Management system used for cost forecasting and budget management. The following services are required: - Creation of new business processes, coding, layouts, workflows and configurations. - Designing data structures, dashboards, layouts and workflows within EcoSys EPC to support F4E’s PM processes. - Testing and documenting coding, layouts, workflows and configurations created. - Optimisation of cost control procedures. - Optimisation of the cost month-end close out process. - Carrying out global operations, data import / exports and administrative tasks. - Training F4E’s users in the use of EcoSys EPC. - Organising the cost data structure inside EcoSys EPC. - Create documents to be used as a reference for F4E’s use of EcoSys EPC. - Optimisation of EcoSys system performance and database volume monitoring. - EcoSys technical issue resolution. - Support for the installation and test of software updates and upgrades. The Specific Contracts for provision of these services have a minimum duration of one month. Tasks may be carried out by junior or senior analysts as required.
