Up to 4 years, seven sub-competitions.; Tenderers shall deliver service assignments on joinery services in connection with daily operation of all types of buildings and sites. Assignments in connection with the framework agreement can be, among other things: All types of carpentry work that is natural for use in the municipality ́s buildings and installations in the contract period. Repair/replace facades. Demolition/construction of internal walls. Roofing, roofing work. Sound and post-insulating roofs, floors and walls. Glass work. Assembly, repair/replace doors and windows. Improve due to fire protection measures, fire, vandalism, water damage and any new regulation requirements. Alterations, extensions, additions, new buildings etc. in varying scope and size. Revised drawings after assignments have been carried out (such as the building, architect drawings, fire drawings, escape plans, O-plans etc.). Updated drawings are to be returned to the orderer. Individual assignments can also be necessary to add the engineering design services to the contractor. Assignments in connection with the framework agreement can be, among other things: All types of painting work that is natural for use in the municipality ́s buildings and sites in the contract period. Assignments in connection with the framework agreement can be, among other things: Change of cranes, fixtures. Repairs or replacement of all HVAC equipment. Assembly of water heaters, shower cabinet. Etc. Expansions and repairs of installations that are connected to building and sports facilities. Installation/repair of sanitation, heating and plumbing installations. Installation of water and sewage pipes, pipeline network. Service and follow-up of heating installations. Service and maintenance of sprinkler installations and improvements of deviation from sprinkler inspections. It is up to the municipality whether they will use the framework agreement for new buildings or within the guarantee and claims periods of previous deliveries.; Tenderers shall deliver service assignments, inspections and maintenance on the Contracting Authority's lifts. Assignments in connection with the framework agreement can be, among other things: Control Maintenance and repairs Service Emergency assignments in connection with stoppages. Receipt of alarms and responses Carry out rescue courses for service personnel in the municipality. It is up to the municipality whether we will use the framework agreement for new buildings or within the guarantee and claims periods of previous deliveries.; Tenderers shall provide pest control services and pest control with the accompanying services within the framework agreement ́s scope of delivery, in a quality-wise good and cost-/and resource efficient way. Pest control and pest control will be carried out as needed on the Contracting Authority ́s properties. In this agreement, the main focus will be on help only after pests/pest problems and no fixed annual service per building for preventive services. The requested services include the following: Handling pest problems in accordance with orders from the contracting authority. Assignments in connection with the framework agreement can be, among other things: Heavy and low voltage installations. Internal control, in accordance with the municipality's requirements. Expansions and changes to data distribution networks etc. Expansions and repairs of electrical installations that are connected to building and sports installations. Condition report for electrical systems. Improve reports from DLE. It is up to the municipality whether we will use the framework agreement for new buildings or within the guarantee and claims periods of previous deliveries.; The tenderers shall deliver service assignments on flashing and guttering services in connection with daily operation of all types of buildings and sites. Assignments in connection with the framework agreement can be, among other things: Delivery and assembly of all types of building fittings (roofs, windows, gutters, drains etc.) It is up to the municipality whether we will use the framework agreement for new buildings or within the guarantee and claims periods of previous deliveries.
