Einzelheiten zu den Anwendern des Vertrags sind in Anlage 1 angegeben.

Beschreibung
The Norwegian Police's Shared Services (PFT), hereinafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into framework agreements for radio terminals and equipment, as well as agreements on maintenance and service of equipment and software. Further details on who the contract applies to, including who is considered the Customer in accordance with the contract, is specified in annex 1 point 2 ''The Customer'' and point 3 ''Further information on the Customer''.
Sub-contract 1 TETRA Radio terminals from Motorola will be awarded the Supplier for the procurement of services within the following areas: A. Radio terminals, licences and additional equipment for radio terminals. B. Maintenance contract for service and maintenance of equipment procured through the framework agreement. The maintenance agreement shall also cover maintenance of the Contracting Authority ́s existing equipment from Motorola. c. Maintenance of a programming system and a customer system for following-up deliveries.; Sub-contract 2 TETRA Radio terminals from Sepura are awarded to the Supplier for the procurement of services within the following areas: A. Radio terminals, licences and additional equipment for radio terminals. B. Maintenance contract for service and maintenance of equipment procured through the framework agreement. The maintenance contract shall also cover maintenance of the Contracting Authority ́s existing equipment from Sepura. c. Maintenance of a programming system and a customer system for following-up deliveries.; Sub-contract 3 TETRA Vehicle mounted terminals will be awarded to the Supplier for the procurement of services within the following areas: A. Vehicle mounted radio terminals with licences and additional equipment B. Gateway case/overseeed with licences and additional equipment c. Maintenance contract for service and maintenance of products purchased via the framework agreement.
