Beschreibung

HSE Procurement intends to purchase an Automated Total Body Mapping System with a connected handheld dermatoscope camera for individual lesions to include a service contract with remote and on-site support from Schuco International London Ltd. Consequently, in accordance with Article 32(2)(b)(ii) of Directive 2014/24/EU, competition is absent for technical reasons and the award of this contract to Schuco International London Ltd without a competitive process is permitted by the procurement regulations. HSE Procurement undertake that no contract shall be awarded to Schuco International London Ltd for the supply of these items until a period of fourteen days has elapsed, commencing on the day after the date of publication of this notice at European level. University Hospital Limerick require an Automated total body mapping system with a connected handheld dermatoscope camera for individual lesions to include a service contract with remote and on-site support. System must have software for transfer of images.
