The Government of Kosovo (GoK) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Fostering and Leveraging Opportunities for Water Security Project (FLOWS), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract “ Procuring Hydrological Equipment for Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo 2. The Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply with Hydrological Equipment for Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [insert date of applicable Procurement Regulations edition as per legal agreement ] (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from: Fostering and Leveraging Opportunities for Water Security Project (FLOWS), at the address stated at the end of document during office hours, i.e., 08:00 to 16:00 hours. 5. The bidding document in English may be either obtained free of charge by interested eligible Bidders by email upon request. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below: The Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, in stated address below on or before 02.06.2023 at 13:00 (local time ). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on June 02, 2023 at 13:05 (local time) 7.
