Cromwell Court is located at 9 Cromwell Street, Glasgow, G20 6UN. The building is owned and operated by QCHA and functions as supported accommodation.
The lifts within the building comprise; 1x 4 stop hydraulic passenger lift serving levels G, 1, 2 & 3. And 2 x stairlifts located adjacent to the passenger lift and within the main stairwell. 1 stairlift serves the entrance adjacent to the lift up to the mezzanine level and the other lift serves the rear entrance level and levels 1, 2, & 3.
All 3 lifts are to be completely replaced
