Beschreibung

The call for tenders seeks a research service provider to deliver a report for Eurofound, analysing the status of some of the policies for children relevant for some of the following EU initiatives: the European Education Area, European Child Guarantee, European Pillar of Social Rights, Barcelona Targets for Early Childhood Education and Care, and the First EU Anti-Poverty Strategy. More specifically, the report will examine the implementation of five specific policy types across EU Member States, highlighting diverse approaches and interventions. The policies examined across the EU are ECEC, early school leaving, unmet healthcare needs, policies tackling child poverty and housing affordability. In addition to this, this research shall also identify what has worked well and what can be improved in the policies put in place. To this end, the report that will result as part of this contract shall include also an analysis in more detail of a subset of key policies.
