HASDEU-354208-CS-INDV Task title: Teacher training on the development of communication skills General information The Higher Education Project in Moldova (PÎSM) is a project funded by the World Bank to be implemented between May 2020 and December 2025. Within the implementation of the Moldova Higher Education Project, funded by the World Bank, IP "Iulia Hasdeu" College in Cahul is implementing the subproject "Creation of the Educational Hub (EduHub) within the PI "Iulia Hasdeu" College from Cahul", respectively it has signed the financing contract with the Ministry of Education and Research and intends to apply some of the sources for consulting services. Through this subproject, PI „Iulia Hasdeu” College from Cahul aims to achieve a set of interventions aimed at modernizing the conditions for organizing the educational process of teaching-learning-evaluation by creating a modern educational space or an educational hub called "EduHub - CIH Cahul". The Educational Hub will integrate into a common space 5 educational environments as follows: multifunctional hall, 2 digital laboratories and 2 modern classrooms. The creation of the educational hub will contribute to the qualitative and quantitative increase of the performance of students from the Education Field and the improvement of employment. The proposed project is aimed at achieving the following specific objectives as follows: O.1. Modernization of educational spaces in order to improve the conditions of study, by equipping them with educational equipment and resources relevant to the initial professional training in the field of Education. O.2. Improving the initial training programs in the field of Education in order to increase the quality of the professional training process, by reviewing the curricular supports from the perspective of ICT implementation and critical thinking development. O.3. Strengthening the professional competences of the teaching and managerial staff in order to qualitatively implement the programs in the field of Education, through involvement in professional development activities. In order to achieve objective 3, PI College "Iulia Hasdeu" from Cahul planned the realization of a training program for 34 teachers from the institution. Training services include the development of effective communication skills with parents and the community . As a product of the training program will be the realization by the participants of an effective communication plan with parents and the community with the use of effective communication techniques and strategies, of more efficient management of conflict situations, of creating stronger partnerships, of guiding in the career and of improving the school performance of the students. 34 teachers will be divided into two training groups of 17 people each, the duration of the service being 11 days. The service will be offered in June 2023. The trainings will be carried out at the PI Iulia Hasdeu College from Cahul, mun. Cahul, 36 Dunarii St. The institution may provide accommodation for the consultant in the dormitory of the institution. Interested consultants will send information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to provide teacher training services for the evaluation of learning outcomes in technical vocational education. The consultant to be selected must hold the following qualifications: higher education in the field of Education Sciences, or related fields; at least 5 years' experience in the provision of training services in the field in question; holders of higher/first teaching degree or scientific title/scientific-didactic title will be a priority; a strong knowledge of communication with a thorough understanding of communication approaches, methods, techniques and strategies; excellent communication and facilitation skills with a special ability to communicate complex ideas in an accessible and attractive way for adults; experience in the use of modern learning technologies, as well as specific tools in the field of communication; possession of the Romanian language (written and oral); flexibility and good analytical skills; The attention of interested con
