Koszt dekarbonizacji i odnowy floty rybackiej UE - Ocena potrzeb inwestycyjnych, ograniczeń technicznych i barier politycznych

Deliver a study on 'The cost of decarbonising and renewing the EU fishing fleet - Assessment of investment needs, technical constraints, and policy barriers' (A) General objective: to provide PECH Committee Members with a specialised, up-to-date assessment of the financial and regulatory conditions under which fleet decarbonisation and renewal can be achieved, while maintaining fisheries sustainability (B) Research product: Study of up to 60 pages to be finalised by 8 April 2027 and to be presented to PECH Committee Members. (C) Minimum requirements: (1) minimum four researchers with sound educational/professional qualifications and experience that are clearly relevant to the delivery of the research project. (2) For each of the three main subtopics of the study (EU public funding, fishing vessel technology and CFP policy), at least one team member must have a proven publishing record in the academic journals of reference within the past ten years, or must have undertaken studies and reports for public authorities (such as the European Commission or ministries) on issues relevant to the topic of the research project within the past ten years. (3) At least one team member should have at least seven years of experience in managing projects. (D)Participation to this procedure is open exclusively to natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the EU Treaties, to natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the EU in the field of public procurement, and to international organisations. This means that access to this procedure is granted to entities based in EU Members States; Overseas Countries and Territories; EEA Members: Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein; Countries under SAA: North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo; and EU nationals living in a third country. Others can participate only as subcontractors.
