The Municipality of Sanary-sur-Mer is seeking a service provider for the remote management of intercom systems in local parking facilities. The services include handling, processing, and recording user calls from entry and exit terminals, automated cash desks, and pedestrian readers from a central remote station. The contractor must remotely open barriers, interface with existing equipment, assist users, and alert the local on-call team for site interventions. Daily logs and monthly activity reports are required. This single-seller framework agreement has an estimated maximum value of 16,000 EUR excluding VAT for the initial period and each renewal. The contract lasts 12 months and is renewable three times.

Opis

Le marché porte sur la réalisation de prestations de télégestion à distance de l'interphonie des parcs de stationnement de la Commune de Sanary-sur-Mer. Les prestations consistent notamment à assurer, depuis un poste central de télégestion, la prise en charge, le traitement et l'enregistrement des appels des usagers provenant des équipements d'interphonie des parcs de stationnement, notamment les bornes d'entrée et de sortie, les caisses automatiques et les lecteurs piétons. Le titulaire devra également être en mesure d'assurer, selon les situations rencontrées et conformément aux procédures définies dans les pièces du marché, l'ouverture à distance des barrières, la prise de main ou l'interfaçage avec les équipements et logiciels de supervision existants, l'assistance aux usagers, ainsi que l'alerte du téléphone d'astreinte de la Commune lorsqu'un dysfonctionnement nécessite une intervention sur site. Les prestations comprennent également la transmission d'une main courante journalière et d'un rapport mensuel d'activité permettant d'assurer la traçabilité des appels, des motifs d'intervention et des actions engagées. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec un montant maximum de 16 000 EUR HT pour la période initiale, montant identique en cas de reconduction. Le présent marché est passé pour une durée de 12 mois, renouvelable 3 fois. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois.
