Politechnika Federalna w Lozannie (EPFL) zamawia uslugi inzyniera budownictwa w zakresie oceny sejsmicznej 27 budynkow lub grup budynkow na kampusie Ecublens (VD) oraz 1 budynku na kampusie w Sion (VS). Zakres obejmuje audyty sejsmiczne, aktualizacje audytow, badania wzmocnien oraz uslugi specjalne. Zamowienie podzielono na 5 czesci; oferent moze ubiegac sie o wszystkie czesci, ale moze wygrac najwyzej 3. Kazda czesc musi byc samodzielnie opłacalna, a badania prowadzone sa rownolegle.

Opis

Le présent marché porte sur les prestations spécifiques d’ingénieur civil, pour l’expertise sismique de 27 bâtiments/groupes de bâtiments situés sur le campus de l’EPFL à Ecublens (VD) et 1 bâtiment situé sur le campus de l’EPFL à Sion (VS). Le marché prévoit plusieurs typologies de prestation : - Audit sismique (décrit au chapitre 3.5.2 du cahier des charges); - Actualisation d’audit sismique (décrite au chapitre 3.5.3 du cahier des charges); - Étude de renforts (décrite au chapitre 3.5.4 du cahier des charges); - Prestations spécifiques (décrit au chapitre 3.5.5 du cahier des charges). Compte-tenu du volume important d’objets à étudier, de la complexité du marché et du planning des études à mener, le marché a été divisé en 5 lots. Un même soumissionnaire peut postuler à l’ensemble des lots mais ne pourra en remporter au maximum que trois (3). Les modalités de participation et d’attribution des différents lots sont décrites aux chapitres 9.10 et 9.12 du cahier des charges. Si le soumissionnaire dépose une offre pour plusieurs lots, le MO rend le soumissionnaire attentif aux points suivants : - Chaque lot doit être viable et rentable économiquement, indépendamment du nombre de lots qui lui sera adjugé. - Les études de chaque lot seront menées en parallèle selon le planning des études défini au chapitre 3.5.6 du cahier des charges. Les prestations attendues sont détaillées au chapitre 3.5 du cahier des charges.
