Zakres obejmuje badanie pokryc dachowych, murow, tynkow, piorunochronow, okien i innych elementow zewnetrznych oraz uslugi drobnych napraw z wykorzystaniem specjalistycznych dostepow. Szacowana wartosc: 1,2 mln funtow wraz z przedluzeniami, okolo 300 tysiecy funtow rocznie, przez 3 lata z opcja przedluzenia o 12 miesiecy (JCT Measured Term 2024). Wykonawcy musza miec obroty dwukrotnie wyzsze od wartosci rocznej i dodatni kapital wlasny. Termin skladania ofert nie jest podany.

Opis

The general requirement of this contract will be appointing a contractor to carry out steeplejack surveys on an estimated 103 multi storey flats in the Leeds area. This is an annual safety inspection of all high rise (18m and over) blocks, inclusive of a roof survey report.  The contract will include a requirement to provide a minor repair service to the same blocks outlined above, utilising the specialist access route, also included in this is hammer testing or penetration testing as appropriate, the removal of all loose material and the identification and recording of the condition of all parts of the external fabric of the buildings including: Roof coverings, parapets, copings, lightning conductors, railings, brickwork, concrete, render, timber, tiling, balustrades, windows, doors, walkways, soffits, rainwater pipes, paintwork etc .The contract will include a requirement to provide a minor repair service to the same blocks outlined above, utilising the specialist access route. It is proposed that these works will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12-month period. The aim of this contract will be to inspect all 103 blocks on an annual basis, however due to ongoing works within LCC it may mean that some blocks are removed or added as required. The contract to be used is a JCT Measured Term 2024 edition. The estimated contract value for this provision is £1.2 million including extensions, this will be at a rate of £300,000 per annum. Contractors or consortia bids will be expected to have a turnover of double the annual estimated contract value and a positive net worth.
