Opis
As part of ECDC’s Workplace Transformation initiative, the Centre is launching a canteen/cafeteria feasibility study to explore opportunities for improving the functionality, design, and overall experience of its dining facilities, as well as to assess the potential procurement of canteen and cafeteria services.
ECDC is located at Gustav III:s Boulevard 40, 169 73 Solna, occupying a total floor area of 9,407 m² across five floors, a basement, and a rooftop. The study will focus on pre-identified areas within the premises, with particular attention to the current canteen/cafeteria space.
The aim of this feasibility study is to assess the potential for redesigning and upgrading the canteen/cafeteria to better support staff well-being, enhance usability, and align with modern workplace standards. Additionally, the study will provide the baseline for the upcoming procurement for the new canteen/cafeteria services.
It is envisaged that the study will focus on:
-proposing new layout (fitting out i.e. furniture, equipment etc) 3 proposals and their costs
-pro /cons of having canteen/cafeteria services
-cost for having canteen services
-cost for having cafeteria services
