The CCAS of Villeurbanne is procuring maintenance, preventive and corrective servicing, and the purchase of fixed and mobile air conditioning units for its facilities. This is a mixed framework agreement executed via purchase orders and subsequent contracts. The initial term is 2 years, renewable twice for 1 year, up to a maximum of 4 years. The maximum estimated value is 80,000 euros HT for the first period, and 40,000 euros HT for each of the second and third periods. Prices are revisable on the anniversary date.

Opis

Le présent marché a pour objet l'entretien, la maintenance préventive et curative des climatisations présentes dans les établissements du CCAS de Villeurbanne. Ces climatisations peuvent être mobiles ou fixes. Les prestations de l'accord-cadre comprennent également l'acquisition de climatisations fixes et mobiles pour le CCAS de Villeurbanne. Accord-cadre mixte exécutable par bons de commande et par marchés subséquents. La durée initiale de l'accord-cadre est de 2 ans ferme à compter de sa date de notification. Le marché peut être reconduit 2 fois 1 an, sans excéder une durée totale de 4 ans. Accord-cadre sans minimum et avec maximum pour toute la durée de l'accord cadre de : Le montant maximum de la période 1 est de 80 000 euro(s) HT, celui de la période 2 est de 40 000 euro(s) HT et celui de la période 3 de 40 000 euro(s) HT. Les prix sont révisables à la date anniversaire de l'accord-cadre
