Opis

UNN has set aside up to NOK 4,940,000,000 including VAT for the procurement of an equipment machine (WASP) for the Diagnostic Clinic, the Department for Microbiology and Infection Protection. We ask that Sykehusinnkjøp HF follow up on this procurement. Investment/financing: Yes, funds are granted; Investment/financing comment: General comment: The University Hospital of North Norway Health Trust shall procure a sob instrument. Limitations in this procurement are the contracting authority ́s available area for placement of the instrument, H 2000 mm × D 1900 mm × L 3000 mm. A market dialogue has been announced to map the market and get in touch with potential tenderers. Through the market dialogue, it is clarified that only one tenderer can deliver an instrument that fits within the available area. The procurement also includes entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of equipment specific consumables. The procurement will be made as a procurement without competition, as competition is impossible for technical reasons, cf. the Regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (FOA) § 13-4 letter b, point 2. The contract will be signed 10 days at the earliest after publication of the intention notice.
