Kalendarz przewiduje ogłoszenie konkursu w 2. tygodniu 2027 r. i podpisanie umowy w 26. tygodniu 2027 r.; wdrożenie zaplanowano na 01.10.2027, a dostawę na 01.05.2028, z okresem przejściowego nakładania się starego i nowego systemu. Formularz odpowiedzi zostanie opublikowany w 19. tygodniu.

Opis

Invitation to market dialogue: New system for KGV and KAVTrondheim municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue in connection with the procurement of a new tender management tool (KGV) and contract administration system (KAV). The current agreement with Mercell expires in June 2028. The municipality would therefore like to probe the market in order to ensure a future orientated system that supports our strategic objectives and needs. Further information on these is published as additional information in UKE 19. Whether the dialogue process dialogue will be carried out in several phases in order to ensure a good maturation of the tender documentation: Introductory round: Presentation of the tenderers ́ solutions, as well as general tips, advice and input (see the details below). Consultation rounds: Two written hearings connected to the requirement specifications, award criteria and contract terms.
