Opis

La présente consultation a pour objet l'entretien (révision) et la réparation du matériel horticole pour les ateliers des espaces verts de la Commune de Vandœuvre-Lès-Nancy. Le marché est décomposé en 3 lots : - Lot n°01 : Maintenance, fourniture de pièces détachées et/ou la réparation de matériels horticoles roulants immatriculés - Lot n°02 : maintenance, fourniture de pièces détachées et/ou réparation de matériels horticoles non immatriculés à moteur thermique - Lot n°03 : Maintenance, fourniture de pièces détachées et/ou réparation de matériels électriques. La procédure de passation utilisée est : la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre est composite et établi de la manière suivante : - Sous la forme d’un marché à prix forfaitaires pour l’entretien/ la révision du matériel propre à chaque lot et indiqué dans les annexes financières. - Sous la forme d’un accord-cadre avec maximum, passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Ces prestations comprennent la main d’oeuvre, le déplacement si besoin et les fournitures nécessaires aux prestations de dépannages et réparations. - Lot n°01 : 20 000 € HT/an maximum - Lot n°02 : 15 000 € HT/an maximum - Lot n°03 : 8 000 € HT/an maximum Les caractéristiques techniques du marché figurent dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières. Aucune variante n'est autorisée. Les candidats doivent présenter une offre entièrement conforme au dossier de consultation. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter de la date de notification du contrat. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 2. La durée maximale du contrat est de 3 ans.-.
