Opis
Dublin Port Company (“DPC”) is the contracting authority for this procurement. DPC is a State-owned, self-financing Designated Activity Company responsible for the management, operation and development of Dublin Port, Ireland’s premier port. In 2025, the Port handled circa 36 million gross tonnes, 6,649 ship arrivals and 1.7 million passengers. DPC intends to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of several Multi and Single-Party Framework Agreement with an initial four (4) year period with an option for an additional two (2) year extension on two (2) occasions to a maximum of eight (8) years. The intention is to establish separate Framework Agreements in respect of each Lot. Economic operators may tender for one, several or all Lots, and may be awarded more than one Lot. Details of Lots are as follows. Lot 1: Multi Party Framework Maintenance and Repair of Bituminous Pavements (Indicative Value €4.3m) Dublin Port Company intends to procure works for the maintenance and repair of bituminous pavements across the Dublin Port Estate. The scope will include, but is not limited to, works on the estate road network, footways, active travel routes, cycle lanes/tracks, bus corridors and bus stops, internal access roads, storage yards, terminals, car parks, the Common User Area, Dublin Inland Port and associated access roads. Lot 2: Multi Party Framework - Maintenance & Repair of Utility Services (Indicative Value €2m) Dublin Port Company intends to procure works for the maintenance and repair of utility services across the Dublin Port Estate. The scope will include, but is not limited to, utility-related works within the estate road network, footways, active travel routes, cycle lanes/tracks, bus corridors and bus stops, internal access roads, storage yards, terminals, car parks, the Common User Area, Dublin Inland Port and associated access roads, surface water, foul water, watermain and service ducting. Lot 3 Single Part Framework - Cleaning and CCTV Surveying of Surface Water and Foul Sewer Network (Indicative Value €1.5m) Dublin Port Company intends to procure services for the cleaning and CCTV surveying of the surface water and foul sewer network across the Dublin Port Estate. The scope will include, but is not limited to, services within the estate road network, footways, active travel routes, cycle lanes/tracks, bus corridors and bus stops, internal access roads, storage yards, terminals, car parks, the Common User Area, Dublin Inland Port and associated access roads. Lot 4 Multi Party Framework - Minor Civil Works Contractor Services (Indicative Value €1.6m) Dublin Port Company intends to procure minor civil works contractor services across the Dublin Port Estate. The scope will include, but is not limited to, minor civil works within the estate road network, railways, footways, active travel routes, cycle lanes/tracks, bus corridors and bus stops, internal access roads, storage yards, terminals, car parks, the Common User Area, Dublin Inland Port and associated access roads Lot 5 Single Party Framework The Inspection and Servicing of Drainage Interceptors & Pumping Stations (Indicative Value €800K) This competition refers to the provision of services in relation to the inspection and servicing of all current in-ground drainage interceptors, and foul and surface water pumping stations and associated items based on a preventative maintenance schedule and an ad-hoc basis as required. Achilles Supply Line has operated in Ireland for over 25 years and will be used as a qualification system for this competition. DPC is conducting its qualification stage for this competition via the Achilles Supply-Line Platform. DPC may invite all qualified firms to tender or reserve the right to carry out a further qualification stage to reduce the number of firms to be invited. Interested parties should be fully registered on the system before close of business on Monday 10th August 2026 to be considered for the competition.
