La consultation porte sur la réalisation de travaux sur les sections ouvrantes pour l'entretien, la rénovation et la réhabilitation du patrimoine de CANNES LÉRINS AMÉNAGEMENT ET HABITAT. La consultation porte sur la réalisation de travaux sur les sections ouvrantes pour l’entretien, la rénovation et la réhabilitation du patrimoine de CANNES LÉRINS AMÉNAGEMENT ET HABITAT. La consultation donnera lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande en application des articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du code de la commande Publique. Les prestations seront susceptibles de varier de la manière suivante : Montant Minimum par période : 75 000,00 € HT/ montant maximum par période: 450 000,00 € HT Durée du contrat - Délai d'exécution La durée de validité de l'accord-cadre est la période à l'intérieur de laquelle les bons de commande peuvent être émis. La première période court à compter du 06/10/2026 pour une période de 12 mois. Le présent accord cadre est reconductible de manière tacite 3 fois par période de 12 mois dans la limite des 48 mois. A défaut de décision expresse de non-reconduction du pouvoir adjudicateur 4 mois au plus tard avant la date de fin de la période en cours le présent accord cadre sera considéré comme tacitement reconduit. Toutefois, le titulaire peut refuser la reconduction par anticipation. Dans ce cas il devra par décision motivée, notifier son refus au pouvoir adjudicateur par LRAR 6 mois au plus tard avant la date de notification. A défaut de refus express avant ce délai, le titulaire sera alors tenu d’accepter la reconduction. Le marché pourra, par anticipation, être reconduit pour 12 mois, au plus tôt à compter de la date à laquelle le montant maximum sera atteint. Les délais d’exécution figurent au CCAP.
