Opis

Procédure avec négociation en application des articles L. 2124-3 et R. 2124-3 ainsi que des articles R. 2161-12 à R. 2161-20 du Code de la Commande Publique. Durée du marché : dix (10) ans à compter de la date de prise en charge des installations par le futur titulaire. Marché conclu avec une seule entreprise ou un groupement d'entreprises. Le marché ne comprend qu'une tranche ferme détaillée à l'article 2.4.1. du règlement de consultation et aucune tranche optionnelle. Le marché comprend une prestation supplémentaire éventuelle ( PSE ). Cette PSE consiste dans le fait de confier au futur titulaire du Marché l'évacuation et le traitement des cendres et des REFIOM produits par l'UVE. Les candidats devront obligatoirement répondre à cette PSE sous peine d'irrégularité de leur offre
