Opis

Marché de Conception-Réalisation relatif à la construction de 90 logements, 3 commerces et 57 places de stationnement souterrain & à la réhabilitation de 2 logements Lot DAZEVILLE - ZAC du Centre-Ville à VILLENEUVE SAINT GEORGES (94190). Dans le cadre de ce projet, il est envisagé une démarche de certification NF Habitat démarche HQE 7*. Le programme visera la performance énergétique RE 2020 seuil 2028. De plus, l’obtention du Label Bâtiment biosourcé de niveau 1 requis (base) et niveau 2 visé (suivant possibilité) pour l’ensemble des logements est également attendue. La construction hors site est également une des exigences demandées pour des éléments pré-ciblés (exemples : façades, éléments de structure, pièces humides, …). L’opération sera développée en BIM. Les prestations du marché de conception-réalisation à conclure s’organisent en 2 phases : - Phase n°1 - tranche ferme : Conception architecturale et technique y compris études de diagnostic, dépôt & obtention des autorisations d’urbanisme ; - Phase n°2 - tranche conditionnelle : Réalisation des travaux.
