Le présent marché est un appel d’offres restreint en vue de remplacer l’infrastructure hyperconvergée de la SEMMARIS. Cette infrastructure permet à la SEMMARIS de faire fonctionner une grande partie de ses applications métiers et le fonctionnement du marché d’intérêt national de Rungis. L’infrastructure actuelle arrivant en fin de vie, elle doit être remplacée pour garantir un niveau de service et de sécurité optimal. Ce marché est un marché de fourniture. L’infrastructure proposée, et la fourniture de celle-ci devra a minima prendre en compte les contraintes suivantes : - Infrastructure hyperconvergée ; - Serveurs ; - Matériels et logiciels de dernière génération ; - Réseau de stockage (hors fibre déjà existantes) ; - Logiciels et licences nécessaires au fonctionnement de l’infrastructure hyperconvergée pour toute la durée du marché ; - Haute disponibilité sur deux salles en mode actif / actif ; - Volume de calcul, mémoire et de stockage par salle deux fois supérieur à l’existant ; - Sauvegarde et réplication des machines virtuelles compatibles avec Veeam Backup et Réplication ; - Maintenance matérielle et logicielle ; - Serveurs de dernières générations. Le candidat est tenu à une obligation de résultats sur la fourniture et la maintenance ainsi que sur le bon fonctionnement de l’infrastructure hyperconvergée. - Les missions recouvrent les thématiques suivantes : - Fourniture du matériel et des logiciels et licences ; - Installation de la nouvelle infrastructure et paramétrage des équipements ; - Migration de l’existant et tests de bon fonctionnement ; - Transfert de compétences (formation des équipes d’exploitation de la SEMMARIS) ; - Garantie de la maintenance matérielle et logicielle sur 5 ans. Cette liste n’est pas réputée exhaustive. D’autres missions connexes pourront être demandées.
