Opis

Contrat de concession de services ayant pour objet la gestion et l'exploitation d'un crématorium. Avenant 8: les parties conviennent: - d'acter la prise en charge par le délégataire de travaux de remplacement d'installations techniques défectueuses et de rénovations immobilières consécutives constituant des investissements supplémentaire et nécessaires ne figurant pas au contrat - de procéder à la prolongation par conséquent de la durée du contrat afin de permettre le maintien des l'équilibre économiques contractuel - de modifier, de ce fait, les dispositions de l'article 3 de l'avenant 4 relatives à l'installation d'un 3ème appareil de crémation - de précision les modalités d'application de la formule d'indexation prévue à l'article 44.1 tout en annulant et remplaçant les dispositions contractuelles actuelle relatives à la redevance fixe
