Opis

La présente consultation concerne la sélection d'un titulaire chargé d'accompagner Atout France dans l'organisation des éditions 2027 et 2028 du salon « Rendez-vous en France ». Le titulaire du marché sera chargé d'assurer la déclinaison de l'environnement graphique de l'évènement, l'organisation, le suivi de la commercialisation, la réalisation et suivi de la manifestation, la mise en place d'un outil Internet de convention d'affaires permettant l'inscription de tous les participants et la prise des rendez-vous d'affaires avant le Salon. Atout France reste l'organisateur de l'évènement. La date de prise d'effet du marché mentionnée dans le présent avis est prévisionnelle et non contractuelle. Conformément aux pièces du marché, la tranche ferme du marché prendra effet à compter de sa notification au titulaire et s'achèvera au 31 juillet 2027. L'organisation du salon 2027 est détaillée de la façon suivante, ces délais d'exécution devant être impérativement tenus : Montage : samedi 20, dimanche 21 et lundi 22 mars 2027 Exploitation : mardi 23 et mercredi 24 mars 2027 Démontage : jeudi 25 mars 2027 La tranche optionnelle n° 1 prendra effet, en cas d'affermissement, au 1er août 2027 et s'achèvera au 31 juillet 2028. L'organisation du salon 2028 est détaillée de la façon suivante, ces délais d'exécution devant être impérativement tenus : Montage : samedi 25, dimanche 26 et lundi 27 mars 2028 Exploitation : mardi 28 et mercredi 29 mars 2028 Démontage : jeudi30 mars 2028
